#NICS14 will deviate from traditional conferences by focusing on creativity and innovation, while also providing unique insights into novel career paths and exciting fields. 

Guest speakers include World Expert in Expedition Medicine, Dr. Jon Dallimore and Prof. Daniel Mark Duffy, an Irish/American artist specializing in portraiture and the human figure who will provide insight into the role of the humanities in medicine in his talk; “Future Doctors with an artist’s eye, how to see with confidence and assurance.”

In addition, NICS 2014 will act as a forum, facilitating a Panel Discussion on important issues affecting Interns, NCHD’s and Ireland’s Healthcare System. Senior members of the HSE and Government, including our Keynote Speaker Senator Colm Burke, will participate in the panel.
